LIFE Talent
Having the appropriate skills and experience within a management team is broadly recognised by investors as a key factor for the succesful development of early stage technology businesses. As intellectual property is accelerated from the laboratory to the market place, LIFE's client's commonly need to strengthen their management teams and appoint senior managers to their Board's - to this end LIFE have established the LIFE Talent network.
The Talent network comprises senior executives who have expressed a desire (at some future date) to join the management team of one of LIFE's early stage low carbon technology client companies in either an executive or non executive position.
Client companies are free to recruit from outside of the Talent network, however the combination of high calibre candidates and LIFE's track record of successful placement ensures the network acts as an important resource for LIFE's client's.
